Citizens and others can get information on Darien property owners, nearby neighbors and their pending zoning applications, assessment data and get access to an assessment appeal form. They can access these 24/7 online by going to the town’s website ( ).

From there, click on the Town Services link and, for example, then Assessor and scroll down to Property Record Card Online.

Via the Land Use Boards link, click on Planning and Zoning Commission and toward the lower end you can find a link “To Help You Prepare A List of Neighbors Within 100’ of Your Property.”

The assessment appeals form can be found under the Board of Assessment Appeals link via the Boards link.

Several other forms are available online ranging from those for absentee ballot requests, alarm electronic registration, beach and bonfire permits, recreation program registration and facility reservations, to storage tank closures and zoning appeals applications. Look for the Forms and Permits link on the left-hand side of the town website under Town Services.
